Julatten is known for having one of the best climates in the world. The retreat specializes in REST, and RELAXATION,Pampering, Mudbaths, Body Scrubs, Massage, Essential Oil Baths,Spa, Sauna and more..

Mountain Retreat is a 35 acre (thru to) wet tropic forest, rainforest, fruit orchards, and the beautiful Euluma Creek which runs through the estate is excellent for bushwalking.

There are three dams on the property that are stocked with various types of fish including BARRAMUNDI. So if you want to do a little fishing, we have the tackle. Bushwalking, birdwatching (120 species on the property), night spotting, or just lazing by the pool, watching the wallabies in the orchard. Julatten Mountain Retreat is the perfect place to be.

About The Area : :	Cairns, Port Douglas, the Daintree Rainforest, Cape Tribulation, Cooktown, Kuranda ? just where do you start? Here you have the perfect mix ? Cairns providing the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and an underwater world that knows no boundaries ? the Daintree and Cape Tribulation providing magnificent World Heritage listed rainforest areas that are literally thousands of years old. Take the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway or scenic train to the magical town of Kuranda with its many art, craft and food stalls. Directions to Find Establishment : :	Most major airlines arrive and depart from Cairns International Airport, where there are airport shuttles to and from Port Douglas and Mossman 17 times daily. In addition, Quicksilver Wave Piercer depart Cairns' Marlin Jetty every morning returning in the afternoon. Once in Port Douglas or Mossman, we can make arrangements to pick you up.
